JAH3 Kingston, Jamaica

Run 254 Bamboo Corner, Glengoffe, St. Andrews

The hares Owen "Bulby" and Dave definitely dedicated more time to preparing and looking after the food than setting the trail. Everyone agreed the food was great, the lamb in particular, BUT the trail was rather too SHORT.

Was this because Bulby chose to do the cooking himself in order to "get it right" this time, or because of a late night at Dusty "Cool Runnings'" 65th birthday party?

Dusty, Happy Birthday to You-hu! We hope for many more hashes with the Constable's reports.

"I saw the X! But riiverr is so beauutiful, I wanted to see....!" If not for "Chatterbox", I would have been ON IN in 20 minutes like most hashers ... with her guidance it took twice as long. Oh well, I should have been watching the trail, not Chatterbox, and besides, it was beautiful!

ON IN the rain poured down and lightening struck nearby. Most of the pack tried to find shelter under the tarpaulin, others were busy holding the tarp. A few hardy souls, i.e. Count Dracula, St. Paddy's Revenge, Chatterbox and Maniac, jumped in the river and had a swim, beers and all. The hares started to serve the finger licking good food and no one seemed inclined to listen to any call for the circle and down down's. There is a first time for everything.

Welcome to first time hashers:
Melanie Brock, radio celebrity and HHH runner from Barbados
Jennifer Mahfood from Kingston
Helen Jenkinson, England, new at the EU
Rebecca Wagner, Germany, intern at the Embassy
Christine Wood, England, wife of Walter "Guano"
Ammon Zarchi and Nogo Goldman from Israel

Anniversaries still "waiting" for their DOWN DOWN's:
Rice 'N Peas 190, Tarzan 150, Rasta Shakespeare 75, Ulla 50, J' Lo 50

ON ON to the cook, but Bulby may need more assistance in setting his next hash!

Enjoy Hash Flash Count Dracula's picture gallery.

Yours truly, BMW
